Minister for Industrial Relations

The Minister for Industrial Relations develops policy and initiatives for industrial relations in Victoria. This includes consulting with Victoria's private sector on matters relating to industrial relations and leading Government participation in workplace related reviews and inquiries. It also includes overseeing enterprise bargaining across the Victorian public sector.

Minister for Regional Development 

The Minister for Regional Development is responsible for rural and regional economic development in Victoria. The minister consults with regional businesses and communities to deliver the Government's regional development agenda and instigate positive change for regional and rural Victoria.

Leader of the Government in the Upper House

The Leader of the Government in the Legislative Council organises government tactics in that chamber, including the sitting day schedule.
