Clubs get cash

21 Jun 2017 Seymour Telegraph, Seymour VIC (General News) Seymour Pony Club and Seymour Tennis Complex have received funds from the Victorian Governments Sporting Club Grants Program. The pony club and tennis complex will each receive $1000 to go towards equipment and uniforms respectively, as part of the program. Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes said the Victorian Government was giving grassroots sports clubs the support needed to grow and help more people than ever play sport. This funding will help local clubs build business cases to improve local facilities, provide muchneeded uniforms and equipment as well as upskill club officials and coaches with the latest training courses, she said. Everyone deserves the very best equipment, clubs also need more team uniforms to grow their ranks and that is what Labor is delivering.
