Digital upgrade

23 May 2017 Gannawarra Times, Gannawarra (General News) SEVEN local schools will receive a better digital education, with the State Government to provide a $16.4 million Victoria-wide investment to improve bandwidth and digital connectivity. Gunbower, Kerang, Koondrook Lake Charm and Leitchville primary schools, as well as Murrabit Group School and Pyramid Hill College, will benefit from the initiative, which will double the internet bandwidth available and level the playing field so that students and teachers outside of our cities arent left behind. We are investing in schools because we want local students to have the standard of digital education as metropolitan schools, Member for Northern Victoria, Jaclyn Symes said.
