26 Feb 2016 Wangaratta Chronicle, Wangaratta VIC (General News) A $65,000 State Government grant will help Myrrhee Primary School provide further support to students with special needs. Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) announced the funding this week, to help create an inclusive learning space. She said the grant was part of the governments new Inclusive Schools Fund, which is providing $10 million over four years to build inclusive school facilities and help government schools better support the social and educational needs of young people with a disability. I congratulate Myrrhee Primary School for its excellent initiative to support students with disabilities and special needs and I am sure this new dedicated space will be utilised, Ms Symes said.
