VITAL mental health services for youth will be expanded in Benalla. Jaclyn Symes (MLC, Northern Victoria) said the State Government was increasing the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service program from two days per fortnight to five days. Benalla is one of the 12 areas across the state currently undertaking a place-based suicide prevention approach, tailoring support, education and clinical services to the needs of the local community.
