Students at Benalla P-12 College are getting the best facilities to reach their full potential thanks to the Andrews Labor Government.
Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes today officially opened the new $12 Million Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) building.
This new STEAM building is in addition to the $9.1 million Year 10-12 Hub and Trade Centre which was officially opened in 2019.
The Andrews Labor Government is investing a further $14.2 Million for the next stage of upgrades. This stage will include new food technology classrooms, staff and junior school buildings, as well as a canteen, with construction expected to start soon.
In the past nine years, the Labor Government have invested more than $14.9 billion to build new schools and complete more than 1,940 school upgrades.
We are delivering 100 new schools by 2026, with 75 new schools opening between 2019 and 2024 – ensuring every student can access a great local school and a quality education no matter where they live.
